A contract position is now available for a licensed Physical Therapist eager to work with school-aged children in a supportive educational setting. In this position, you will serve a diverse caseload of 5-7 students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. Your expertise will help students achieve greater mobility and independence in their academic environment, fostering their success and well-being.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Prior experience providing PT services in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
  • Knowledgeable in developing and implementing adapted treatment plans for a wide range of ages and abilities
  • Comfortable managing a small, K-12 caseload
  • What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans customized to students’ IEP goals
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy interventions onsite
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with district and federal requirements
  • Collaborate regularly with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
