This contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled Physical Therapist passionate about helping children succeed and experience their best possible school year. What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
  • Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to providing on-site services
  • In this role, you’ll:

  • Deliver on-site physical therapy services to a focused group of 10-15 students during the Extended School Year (ESY) program
  • Collaborate closely with special education teams, classroom staff, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Accurately document progress and participate in meetings as needed
  • Provide professional insight and recommendations to maximize student independence and participation
  • Ensure compliance with school and district policies, as well as all relevant regulations
  • This contract runs weekdays, July 6th through July 31st, for five hours each day—offering a fantastic summer schedule while making a meaningful difference.
