Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel position offering flexible scheduling in an outpatient setting

    • Qualifications:

  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice (or eligibility)
  • Recent experience in an outpatient or hospital-based therapy setting preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning and evaluative skills
  • Commitment to maintaining regulatory and ethical standards
  • Excellent documentation, organization, and communication abilities

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans under physician direction
  • Modify care plans as needed, ensuring effective progress toward patient goals and return to community activities
  • Delegate and oversee discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients
  • Serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and colleagues, promoting a collaborative care environment
  • Promote and model safety in patient handling, environment, and infection prevention
  • Participate in student programs, facilitating positive learning and clinical instruction experiences
  • Remain engaged in ongoing professional development through education and self-improvement activities
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical record documentation in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
