Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time position
  • 5 shifts of 8 hours each week, including every other Saturday
  • Weekend, holiday, floating, and on-call coverage as needed

    Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current, active PT licensure
  • BLS certification
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and documentation skills
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and limitations
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to physical, social, educational, and cultural needs
  • Accurately document care according to professional and regulatory standards
  • Communicate critical patient information for continuity of care
  • Provide supervision and delegation to ensure quality and cost-effective care
  • Engage in department operations and required meetings
  • Demonstrate flexibility in assignments, including caseload, scheduling, and staffing needs
