Qualifications and Experience:

Current, valid licensure as a Physical Therapist

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Prior experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred

Strong knowledge of therapy techniques, treatment planning, and documentation

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-specific therapy interventions

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment and physician recommendations

Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions to restore or enhance function and mobility

Monitor patient progress and adapt therapy plans as necessary

Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate therapy records

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies for continued recovery and injury prevention
