Candidates for this role will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing occupational therapy interventions that meet patients’ unique needs. Desired Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Home Health Occupational Therapist
  • Current and active Occupational Therapy license in California
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Proven ability to work independently in a home health setting
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Previous hospital-based or hospice therapy experience is highly valued
  • Schedule/Hours:

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patient needs in their home environment
