The position is full-time, with an immediate start date through July 1, 2027, allowing you to build strong relationships with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Maryland
  • Experience or passion for working with infants and toddlers
  • Prior school-based or pediatric therapy experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate compassionately with families and caregivers
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Collaborative, flexible approach to working with educational staff
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group physical therapy services to infants and toddlers according to IEP/IFSP goals
  • Evaluate, document, and monitor progress to ensure positive outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and families to develop and adjust treatment plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide consultation on motor development and intervention strategies
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment through professional knowledge and teamwork
