School-Based Physical Therapist - Duluth, GA

You’ll work hands-on with a manageable caseload of 30-35 students, conducting 2-4 evaluations each month and implementing individualized therapy plans designed to empower every student’s growth and success.
What you’ll bring:
• Valid and current Physical Therapist license in Georgia
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication skills for collaborative work with teachers, parents, and other support staff
• Flexibility, creativity, and enthusiasm in delivering physical therapy services
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and with compassion
Your day-to-day will include:
• Providing direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conducting 2-4 comprehensive evaluations each month
• Monitoring student progress and adapting interventions as needed
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate goals into daily routines
• Maintaining detailed, accurate records and documentation
• Educating school staff and families on strategies that foster student independence and mobility
