This travel opportunity includes a primary territory in the South Bay (San Jose and neighboring cities), with flexibility needed for additional travel beyond this area and occasional weekend work. Your adaptability will be key to delivering exceptional therapy care across a range of community settings, often in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and benefiting from continual learning with every new assignment.

Schedule/Hours

  • 36-hour guarantee available with required weekly productivity (27 points/week)
  • Occasional overtime, weekend, and outside-area travel may be expected
  • Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Active Physical Therapy license in California
  • Current BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and auto registration
  • TB test (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), annual flu vaccine
  • Clear drug screen and physical examination
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Willingness to work with Covid+ and Covid PUI patients
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapeutic physical therapy visits, including evaluation, routine, re-certification, and discharge
  • Perform OASIS visits per assignment guidelines
  • Accurately document patient care, progress, and communication with multidisciplinary teams
  • Wear multiple hats—traveling to patients, scheduling visits, and maintaining timely records
  • Flexibly adapt to changing caseloads and service areas
