Schedule/Hours:

  • 36-hour weekly guarantee, with a minimum productivity requirement, or flexible non-guaranteed caseload, based on assignment terms.
  • Occasional travel outside the primary area and possible weekend coverage required.
  • Qualifications:

  • Current California Physical Therapist (PT) License
  • Active BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration
  • Up-to-date TB test (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, Tdap (10 years), and annual flu immunization
  • Capability to travel between assigned locations; willingness to see Covid+ and PUI patients
  • Drug screening and physical exam clearance
  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled PT care and documentation for patients in hospital and home health settings
  • Complete clinical assessments, develop care plans, and manage a variety of visit types (OASIS, evaluation, discharge, etc.)
  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Efficiently manage scheduling, travel, and communication with patients and providers
