We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative school team in the Portland, Oregon area for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details
School-Based Physical Therapist
Part-Time – 0.7 FTE (3.5 days per week)
2026–2027 School Year
Start Date: August 25, 2026
Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to a K–12 student population.
Evaluate student needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
Caseload
K–12 students
A second Physical Therapist is available to manage more intensive cases, allowing for a balanced workload.
Qualifications
Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
